ACCT 533 - Mergers and Acquisitions: Tax Planning and Strategy

It is not one of the best courses I have taken at Marshall, and to my opinion, could have been much simpler and more straight forward in the way professor teaches it, but still, it is an important area to be exposed to if M&A activities are going to be part of your roles in any industry. It gives a basic understanding of the different options to acquire companies

Good class, not super heavy, but could be relevant for every type of role and industry. Professor wasn't the best, made it more confusing than it should be, but good class in general
