Content is amazing. Really delves deep into the namesake of the course "Financial Statements Analysis". K.R. is funny and engaging and a wealth of knowledge. I will caveat that the lectures can be very dense. This man takes up the entire time block, every single second, hammering into you all that is financial accounting analysis.

Poor teacher, despite practitioner experience. Professor reads from slides prepared by textbook company. While he understands real-world accounting and auditing, he does not show mastering of the syllabus or the subject matter for any given class session. He is able to explain answers to HW questions, but not able to actually demonstrate how to do the HW. Shows little interest in wrestling through students' intuitions to establish real understanding. Asks students, "are we all getting this" rather than using cold-calling and case method to see how students are actually understanding the material. USC clearly brought in a brilliant practitioner, then failed to instill functional pedagogy.

Great content and professor (T.J. Wong)! Class is case based and really informative. Real world examples provide a great tool for discussion and learning.

You don't learn anything past core accounting in this class. Moreover, the professor is quite dry, though he knows A LOT about tax law.

Under the previous professor, Trezevant, this was a great class. Sadly, Trezevant passed away in February 2015, and this substitute has not done the class justice. Trezevant was known for his teaching method, and this professor does not have the same ability to teach, and unfortunately has rendered this class and its syllabus useless.
