Valuable if you want to start anything life-sciences related. However, not really applicable to other industries

Course is more geared towards PhD or other masters students. MBAs do not get much value. Coursework is easy though.

Good overview class of the life sciences/biotech industry, but probably does not contribute much new information to people who already have some familiarity with the industry. Group project makes up the majority of the grade, and you are assigned group members and a topic.

Overlapped strongly with the content of other BAEP courses to the point where most of the material was repetitious. Students with a background in health sciences are probably already familiar with much of the material

Very useful if you want to start your own life science company. Was hoping for more info on the industry and less about the intricacies of patents and regulatory. Valuable class for life science folks, project will be very interesting and useful

Good class for anyone interested in healthcare. Classes cover intellectual property, patent law, how to develop a business in life science industry. Good teacher, current and engaging.

Excellent class, hopefully will be increased to a 3.0 unit this year. Good professor, current and knowledgeable.

Only just started but great classes for learning more about life sciences. Project is a little biotech/pharma focused but she has lots of good background and is knowledgeable as well as approachable
