Spring 2025 · Coppola, Geraldine Martin
The course is fairly easy without much workload. The assignments are also easy to do, including the group assignments. Who is this class for? Anyone interested in starting a new venture, or who wants to work in a startup can take this. It helps go through the various team building issues that a founder can face, including building culture, layoffs etc. Final Thoughts: More real life cases could have been helpful. Currently we go through slides which is not as engaging.

This class and professor are fantastic. Geraldine has real-world experience, and the class feels fruitful. There is minimal reading and few assignments, but more so, it feels like a useful class to talk about successful and flawed businesses. I definitely recommend.

Easy class. 4 memo papers and final paper. It's more like a leadership class and based on the certain topic discussion

Chill class. Better than those fluffy MOR classes.

Nice to actually have an entrepreneurship professor with start-up experience, as opposed to an academic. This makes the teaching actionable instead of theoretical

Interesting class. Professor makes it engaging. The class covers many interesting topics about tech commercialization and strategy for entrepreneurs.
