BUCO 533 - Managing Communication in Organizations

A very easy get 1.5-credit course. The professor is easygoing and actively encourages class discussion while providing thoughtful feedback.

It's a pretty easy, relaxed online class. Who is this class for? Final Thoughts: The title is a bit misleading and some of the course content is irrelevant for students interested in corporate communications.

The class covered interesting topics, but it was overall hurt by the online format in my opinion. Prof. Philadelphia is awesome though and does a great job despite the circumstances. REally good class for those interested in high level corporate communications.

This is a great class and I really liked Professor Philadelphia! The content can be a little dry (but corporate communications are necessarily that), but the course covers almost all possible types of communication coming from corporations. Understanding the breadth of the different types of communication is one of the purposes of this class. While these concepts aren't hard to understand (they're types of communication, duh!), it's very important to understand for any job, especially an MBA job where communication and soft skills are absolutely necessary!
