The class is fluffy to some extend. The good thing is that you don't need to spend 3 hours in class. Half of it is online videos that you watch before class at your own convenience. However, sometimes these videos and short assignments take more than 1.5 hours. I am pretty familiar with all the concepts due to my previous job so I don't learn much but they will be useful for those not familiar with lean six sigma. GREAT BONUS: you automatically get a Green belt after the class.
