FBE 558 - Law for Structuring, Financing, and Managing Businesses

A LOTTTT of theory, lot of memorization, lectures are pretty boring, but the content is very useful. You can get by by reading the chapters weekly and studying for a half-day before each mid-term. One group presentation. Teacher is funny but he gets lost in his stories and isn't super engaging.

"Super pratical information for company establishment and operation. 2 midterm and 1 final. Multiple small quizes. Love the lecture."

Fields is an interesting cat. He definitely knows his shit, but he is also very rough around the edges. Academically, it's a pretty straightforward class. Take home quizzes, three exams, and no real projects. If anything take it for Field's random anecdotes about his experiences in the law field.
