This is a pretty easy course. None of the material is that difficult. But there is a lot of reading and quizzes are the "specific detail multiple choice" type. As in, "Who pioneering behaviorism theory of work motivation?" in a chapter about the history of psychological theory where a half dozen are introduced. These sorts of questions don't have much bearing on real life and annoy the hell out of me.

Horrible class. Don't take it. The professor is passive aggressive. The content is more like taking an undergrad psychology class instead of a graduate level business course. Human capital performance and motivation could be/is so much more interesting than this class does the subject matter justice. It's a shame.
