The class is great. It can get pretty confusing but she doesn't go too fast and adjusts if she can tell that no one is understanding. The material is super useful if you are going to do any type of data analysis regardless of function or industry. Highly recommend this one.

This class is indeed advanced. The concepts are difficult and the analyses are technical. The class relies on JMP software, which is a lighter version of SAS. If you want to do any sort of predictive analytics, this class is probably one you should take. Be ready to pay attention, as it would be hard to complete the take-home exams if you had to relearn how to do everything then.

If Kristen Chenowith became a stats teacher, she would be Dawn Porter. Fantastic teacher who really cares about her students. The material is incredibly dry and difficult, but if you're interested in practical application of regression, this is the class for you.

Class certainly lives up to its name...VERY advanced regression. Porter is a spectacular professor who communicates content very well and is mindful of student's understanding/not understanding. Content is quite difficult and will inevitably get your head spinning on multiple occasions. Very good for those going into analytics-based roles, and class provides a supportive environment. You use JMP, which is easy to learn.
