It's an incredible class with a wonderful professor. Everything is real world applicable. Some of the stuff is geared towards engineers and it's a bit more quant than I thought it'd be, but it's genuinely valuable.

I'm sort of torn. He's entertaining, the class isn't super hard, and there are some useful frameworks you pick up to think about project management at a high level. Something didn't quite click for me though.

The professor is so funny that it makes this class worth taking!! I'm. It sure how much I will use project management skills in marketing but learning MS Project was good.

You'll need to bid a lot of points for this one, because Baiyz is amazing and everyone knows it! Even for people who are not particularly interested in this subject, you'll learn and you'll have a really amazing professor. Baiyz cares deeply about student learning and is a best in class professor. Strong 3!!

Knowledgeable professor. The class provides some useful skills on how to make decisions using multiple factors, such as outcome probability and level of risk.

Incredible class. You learn how to mathematically organize people, money and other elements that businesses face every day. Software includes Crystal Ball [an excel add-in] and MS project. Very applicable material and the professor is engaging and very entertaining. Heavier workload but nothing overwhelming.

Great course and great professor!

Definitely a useful skill. Could probably be condensed to a half course (as with most classes) as the cases are a waste of time which no one reads. But overall useful tools and computer skills learned.

Great professor - he cares that you are learning. The kind of class you want to do your homework for because you do not want to let him down. I learned a lot from this course.

Great class. Engaging professor. Exam questions may be more recall-based than necessary but learnings are valuable.

Great course on Project Management. Anybody who wants to learn how to manage projects better should take this course. Prof designs the classes, cases and assignments in such a fashion that you get the most of out it. Not many professors can offer that.

Interactive course, you learn MS Project, Crystal Ball, Solver. There is a mix of cases, homework, and simulations. Most of the courses are engaging but sometimes the teacher either goes really fast or really slow but he is funny. One of the better classes at Marshall.

As a DSO class, you learn fun stuff like Solver and Crystal Ball, but the class focuses heavily on actual project management, so it also includes general frameworks and theories attached to being a successful project manager. Bayiz is a great professor-- funny, caring, knowledgeable. A complementary class would be Spreadsheet-Based Business Models.
