DSO 583 - Operations Consulting

The project makes or breaks this class. You get a good overview of Ops Consulting and frameworks. Very practical and relatively easy. The project can take a lot of time.

This is a class in which every student will be assigned to a client project. The projects are challenging, and give the student a real life experience on how to service the client's business challenges. Excellent class for those interested in consulting. He teaches Visio, and cases related to consulting. Highly 3ed.

Prof. Bayiz is awesome. However, having taken Project Management with him before, in comparison, Ops Consulting seems lacking in actual content to some extent. But it's great exposure working on the live industry consulting project. Also, lots of small assignments/HW in this class.

Very useful class that help understand consulting industry better and provide an opportunity to practice consulting. I really like different techniques that are taught in class. Could be very helpful for people who are interested in this area or not sure if they want to go into this area.

This class is a lot of work but you learn a lot from it and it's great for people interested in operations or for people interested in working on a real project for a company. Bayiz is awesome and really cares about the students and he helps up be successful in our projects.

Useful class. Interesting projects. Multipel homeworks and deliverables. Not very difficult. Excel a bit.
